Following a detailed assessment of the azurri/Barron
McCann support option, Motor World made the decision
to transfer their PCPoS hardware and support contract
for their 239 stores to azurri in November. azurri
have added ex-Torex help desk personnel Phil Edensor,
Dave Woods and Phil Hulme to the existing team
to provide support 7 days a week commencing February
1st.
The successful PCPoS support provided by the partnership
to Shoe Zone (359 shops) during 2005 was a major
influence.
Instore (Poundstretcher)
Being one of the more complex NOVA installations,
this was a major win for azurri 's support services.
Dissatisfied with the levels of service and dwindling
resources, Instore opted for the long-term focussed
approach from azurri.
mkone
azurri have worked closely with mkone to provide
a comprehensive cabling and installation service
for their programme of shop refurbishments. This
has involved working to tight timescales and through
the night.
In conjunction with Phil Chesterton and Mike Slater,
azurri provides support for the Galaxy Data Warehousing
System. mkone transferred the contract based on
a comparison of the levels of product experience
and commitment.
