One of the service contractors wanted to limit the number of external consultants implementing SAP across its enterprise, but wanted to limit number of external consultants - and hence reduce costs - for implementation. azurri won the contract to provide full 24x7 monitoring and management of heritage systems. azurri reduced hardware and software maintenance costs, and improved the uptime for users. Internal resources were freed up for implementation of SAP helping to reduce implementation costs.

A major European IT outsourcing company won a contract to manage the IT operations of an automotive assembler. The outsourcing contract covered several types of hardware platforms. azurri acted as a subcontractor to manage operations 24x7 on servers for which the prime contractor had no specialised skills.
